Hi, I'm Sandra.

Not your ‘typical’ Aussie in London! Well kind of...

I’ve done all the travelling, I’ve done all the partying, and I’ve lived a life that runs away with you and before you know it, you don’t recognise the person in the mirror! So, when I finally settled in London (8 years ago now), I decided to take my life, my health and my fitness back into my own hands.
I’ve always been competitive by nature, so for me, my fitness journey had to give me an end goal, something to work towards, something I could achieve. The same goes for my clients. I want you to succeed and I want you to win at whatever goal you want to set for yourself.

No goal is too large. I would know, I decided that my first competitive fitness goal would be to step on stage as bikini competitor! After 5 years competing, I decided a new goal was needed and that was when I found CrossFit. It combines my passion for fitness, lifting heavy weights, and of course being super competitive! It also encourages me to eat well, which helps seeing as I’m also a chef! So, if you want to reach those goals that feel unachievable, I can help you to achieve them! And you get the added bonus of chef-made (healthy) cake when you do!

A pregnancy doesn’t mean you have to stop exercising, in fact exercising throughout your pregnancy will mean you are fit and healthy for delivery and the demands of motherhood!

It can be scary knowing what to do/not to do during pregnancy and my 1-2-1 coaching offers the comfort of putting this in professional hands.
